Relationships — hands down a better mother and 100% no longer live in shame resulting in people-pleasing behaviors.
Also, my finances, motivation, and self-respect have improved. Can’t put a price on that!

When someone asks you, “why don’t you drink,” what do you say?

I say, “It became a coping mechanism that no longer suited me.”
