When someone asks you, “why don’t you drink,” what do you say?

“It wasn’t doing me any favors.”
“I realized how horrible it was for me.”
“It’s easier to drink zero than to drink one alcoholic drink.”
I also like to mention that, “My not drinking is not a judgment or a reflection of anyone else’s drinking.”
